Huge congratulations to the Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy class of 2025 for achieving outstanding GCSE results.

At Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy, we are absolutely thrilled by the phenomenal success our students have achieved in this year’s GCSEs. Their results are nothing short of extraordinary, and we couldn’t be more excited about the incredible opportunities that lie ahead for them. As they step into the next chapter of their lives, we are confident they will go on to become the next generation of leaders in their chosen fields. Their outstanding results reflect their ambition, drive, and relentless commitment to success. We’re honoured to continue our tradition of excellence and celebrate these remarkable achievements. Some highlights are:

    • 19% of all grades at grade 9
    • 48% of all grades at grade 7 or higher
    • 79% of all grades at grade 5 or higher
    • 87% of students achieved a grade 4 or higher in the basics – Maths and English
    • 60% of students achieved grade 5 or higher in all 5 of their Ebacc subjects – 97% of students were entered for the Ebacc this year.

     

    Outstanding results include:

    • Connor Thomson, who achieved 12 grade 9s
    • Thomas Price, who achieved 11 grade 9s
    • Mia Sharma, who achieved 11 grade 9s
    • James Hull, who achieved 10 grade 9s
    • Amelia Martins, who achieved 10 grade 9s
    • Hanifah Mostafa, who achieved 10 grade 9s
    • Sajida Mukhtar, who achieved 9 grade 9s
    • Denton Okeke (Head Student), who achieved 9 grade 9s
    • Pelumi Awonuga (Head Student), who achieved 8 grade 9s
    • Jetson Joelson Gilchrist who achieved 8 grade 9s

     

    • Josef Robinson, who achieved 10 grade 9s and will attend Westminster School on a scholarship for rowing, after being part of the Mossbourne Rowing programme.
    • Yuri Bobyliak, who joined Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy from Ukraine in 2022, achieved one 9, three 8s, two 7s, two 6s, a 5 and a Distinction in Hospitality BTEC.
